Admissions

We are so excited that you are interested in enrolling your student at Village Prep School. At Village Prep, your student will receive a first rate primary education, placement in a high performing college prep middle school, and preparation for success throughout their academic career.
To prepare our families to the Village Prep experience, we have established the following process for student enrollment:
Step One: Admissions Open House & Entry Form
Parents are required to attend an Admissions Open House or schedule an appointment to meet with the Director of Admissions. After the open house, parents can register their students for Village Prep School. For information about the next Admissions Open House or to schedule an appointment, please call 216-456-2082.
Step Two: Mandatory Parent Orientation
Within 30 days of your student’s registration date, parents should receive a letter of acceptance or notification of waitlist placement via standard mail. If you don’t receive a letter, please contact the Admissions Office to verify your address. In the letter, we will provide a schedule of upcoming Mandatory Parent Orientations. During the orientation, you will meet other members of the faculty and staff and receive more information about the school’s policies and procedures. Parents will also receive their student’s enrollment packet. Each student’s enrollment packet must be complete before they can attend Village Prep School.
Step Three: Mandatory Student Orientation
Shortly after Mandatory Parent Orientation, parents will receive information regarding their student’s Mandatory Student Orientation, Culture Camp Week, and first day of school.

Keep in mind…
All of the above mentioned steps must be complete before your student can enroll in Village Prep School. If the entire process is not completed, your student’s space will be forfeited and offered to another student on the waitlist.
Should space become available, students will be called off the waitlist starting at the beginning of the school year. We will continue to contact students through early November 2010.
