Activities & Fine Arts

Village Prep offers art, character education, and physical education programming.

Throughout the year, special extracurricular activities are also incorporated into the school day. For example, this past year, the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and Jungle Terry visited the Village Prep scholars and conducted presentations featuring live birds and critters. Health on Wheels (from the Cleveland Museum of Natural History) also came to Village Prep and allowed students to learn about health through play and hands-on experience.

Village Prep students also take field trips to various places in the community. In the past, we have taken trips to Hillcrest Farm, the Cleveland Children’s Museum, and an Akron Aero’s Baseball Game.
