Academic Results
One of the main assessments we use to assess student performance is the TerraNova. Results for the Village Prep Kindergarten and First Grade students this year are displayed below.
In addition, the students are given the DRA (Developmental ReadingAssessment), which is used throughout the year to measure growth and monitor progress. Results from October 2010 and June 2011 are displayed below for comparison:
We are thrilled to show such dramatic progress in our Kindergarten students from the beginning of the year to the end of the year -- congratulations to all our kindergarten students and teachers on these great results.
We are also thrilled to report these great results for our first grade students. The number of students improving their DRA level from October to June is outstanding, and a testament to all the hard work undertaken by our students and teachers. Congratulations to all on another great year!
